All teams are coached by Hillgrove Club Players and/or keen parents.
All cricket equipment is supplied, with players only needing to provide a white, collared shirt, white shorts/long pants and a broadbrim cricket type hat.
Helmets for all players are provided and must be worn when batting (No Hat-No Bat Policy). Club  caps/hats are available at a cost & all players are encouraged to wear them. Contact your Team Coach/Manager for more details or the Junior  Convenor.
The aim of the H.C.C.C. is to  continue our strong family & competitive tradition and promote the junior teams through to eventually playing senior cricket with the club, playing junior representative cricket in the Armidale/Northern Tablelands Competition and possibly going on to further junior & senior representative duties. The club has strong ties with representative cricket in Armidale with both junior & senior players having represented  Armidale, Northern  Tablelands, Central North, Northwest & Northern NSW Country in recent  years.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please keep in mind that each family is expected to take their turn in scoring/assisting with the team – ask for help if you don’t know how to score.  Coaches and team managers are required for each team – so please come forward if  you are available to help.
Club cloth badges for wide-brim  hats/shirts  are also available.
